Return and Refund Policy
Terms of Return
- Return Window: You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase and before the service is rendered.
Returns/refunds are only applicable to consultations, plans, or reports that have not yet been delivered or started.
State of Return
- Since we do not deliver physical goods, returns are applicable only to unused and unassessed services.
Once the service (call, document, or consultation) has started, returns/refunds will no longer be accepted.
Reasons for Return
Valid reasons for return include:
- You were charged in error.
- You selected the wrong service.
- You wish to cancel the service within 24 hours and before any session or work has started.
Refunds will not be processed for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction after service completion.
Process for Return
To initiate a return or cancellation:
- Email us at admin@deptofdoing.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Include your Full Name, Order ID, and the Reason for Refund.
Our team will respond within 1 business day to confirm your eligibility.
Process of Refund
- If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Refunds are generally completed within 10–14 business days after confirmation.
You will receive an email once the refund is initiated, along with a transaction reference ID.
